The Fencing School

Improving Co-ordination, Self-respect, Self-motivation and Fitness

If you would like your child to improve their co-ordination, self-respect, self-motivation and fitness do encourage them to try a class with The Fencing School.

The School offers a club at the Royal Academy of Dance in Battersea and beginners classes at the Ethelburga Centre, Battersea after school on Wednesdays at 4.15pm or on Sundays at 10am.

 All equipment is provided.

The Fencing School continues to go from strength to strength under Head Coach Mark Kent. Recent successes have included:

  • In 2015 season an under 16 boy was selected for Great Britain;
  • A female foilist was selected to fence for Sweden at the Under 20’s Junior World Cup;
  • Their youngest fencer took a Gold Medal at The Annual London Championships for Under 12’s.
The Fencing School can also provide coaches for corporate team building days and athletes for display teams.
