Cakes by Christina Brierwood are individually designed and crafted by a
Michelin-trained chef. I produce beautiful cakes that taste even better than
they look. Dietary requirements accommodated in style. Satisfy your sweet-tooth
with delicious patisserie.
After graduating Le Cordon Bleu, I went on to work in some of
the best restaurants in the world with some of the top chefs, including
Pierre Koffmann and Elena Arzak.

New for 2020 I have launched a collection of desserts which are perfect for dinner parties, afternoon tea, bbqs etc. The deserts include Roasted Spiced Pineapples (£25), Chocolate Raspberry Brownies (£30), Salted Chocolate Caramel Tarts (£40), Basque Cheesecakes, Lemon Meringue Pies (£45) and Tarte Tatin (£45).

Christina Brierwood uses her
true artisan skills to create completely bespoke, luxury cakes. For a recent
dinner party I gave the brief of "an early Autumn cake"; Christina
created a masterpiece "fig, apple & tonka” (& it tasted divine).
We love coming up with birthday themes and
planning the cake. Nothing is too difficult for Christina. Everything from the
downhill skier coming down a mountain to the bicep arm and all in between have
not only looked fantastic but tasted delicious. We can’t recommend her and Cakes
by Christina Brierwood enough.
Christina came highly
recommended to us by a chef and she is now firmly in my 'little black book'.
She made my 40th birthday cakes which were literally a top subject of the after-party
chats. She's also just made my daugther's 5th birthday cake; she was
thoroughly helpful in the design process and for the first time at a kids
