Sharing Professional Skills with Local London Charities

Link UP London builds stronger communities by harnessing professional skills for social good. We connect local charitable organisations with skills and expertise they do not have in-house but need in order to grow and develop their work.

The organisations we support are generally small and embedded within their communities tackling issues of inequality.

Everyone's skills are welcome and those needed are wide-ranging and include human resources, legal, marketing, IT, social media, data analysis, strategy, and project management...to name just a few.

We facilitate curated relationships between skilled volunteers and charitable organisations in three key ways:

  • Skilled Volunteer Projects - bespoke, short-term, structured volunteer consultancy projects
  • Corporate Employee Engagements - Volunteer programmes that bring the skills of corporate employees into the community in a structured way
  • Lunch & Learn sessions - short webinars led by skilled volunteer experts on a wide range of organisational capacity topics

All of our engagements are clearly defined, have flexible time commitments that fit into busy lives and are designed to make a difference.

Interested in learning more? Take a look at our website to see current opportunities and do get in touch - our team is always happy to discuss ways you can get involved!
