The service was excellent and comes highly recommended from the initial blood test, through to the consultation and anaesthetic operation. I originally wanted to switch vets because it was cheaper here than my previous vet. However, the care, attention and time my cat has had is worth it and I would pay more than what they charge. Sarah spent a long time going over all of my older cat’s needs and discussed the options with me in detail.
More importantly, she always asked what I wanted to do and what I was thinking. It made me feel involved in her care and like I had a choice. She always discussed what were my options to treat my cat in the context of her other health conditions. I was able to ask detailed questions along the way and have a two way conversation about treatment. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Tristan, Luciana and Poppy have been amazing! I arrived with our sick cat, lots of prescribed medicine following an emergency procedure in Amsterdam, and lots of worries about what it all meant and how well he was recovering. Tristan took so much time and care to understand our cat’s history, analyze his test results and explain to me in a very reassuring way what was going on. He then seamlessly picked up his care. From the moment I walked I also felt the whole environment was special, from the comfortable waiting area (for humans and animals) to Poppy’s warm and friendly welcome. It has a real family feel and I am delighted they have moved into our area! We are very appreciative of the great service and care we’ve received!

We had our first appointment today with Tristan and his lovely team for our new puppy. They had already been so helpful and efficient weeks before we even joined! The team could not have been more welcoming and knowledgeable. She didn't even notice the jabs; they gave her a really thorough and reassuring check and all in all she had the perfect first appointment experience.
