I have been training with Glen for over 2 years and in that time he has helped me strengthen my body to overcome severe knee pain and more recently stiffness in my lower back. We usually train in the gym, where he has introduced me to a variety of exercises and equipment, which have made my work out sessions more interesting and fun. I am now training at home, meeting Glen on Zoom weekly, and the sessions are helping me to improve stability and strength, using equipment I have to hand. Glen continuously pushes me to achieve better results but always in a positive and encouraing way. I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer.
