Matrix is our 8-year-old business which focuses on providing our members with a completely bespoke service. Our service is global and we can assist and support you with a range of requests including:

All Global Travel Requests with preferred rate for staycations, hotels, resorts & private islands (We are long term IATA Members).

All Domestic Requests - (primarily home focused, including property management, utilities, bills etc.)

All Staff/Hiring Requirements - (nannies, housekeepers etc.)

All Event Access and Ticketing Requirements - (including sporting events, fashion and entertainment)

All Bookings - (including restaurants and shows)

Business and Administrative Support

Social Media, Networking, Website Support and Advice

Event and Party Planning - (including corporate events, kids parties and luxury brand/product launches)

Sourcing Luxury Goods - (including rare bags, cars and watches through Matrix Watch Concierge)

Medical Concierge - (including Covid-19 screening, health & wellbeing analysis, specialist doctors and advanced treatment clinics).

We do not have a membership joining fee and there is no annual contract. If you decide to join Matrix we will provide you with a dedicated personal assistant who will be your main point of contact and will meet with you in person at the beginning of your membership in order to discuss all of your needs and requirements.
