Rachel is a registered nutrition clinician with an MSc in Personalised Nutrition and a background in Medicine. Her practice is scientific, and evidence based and supported by functional testing in order to help you get to the root cause of health problems or just to optimise your health. She will help you to develop a realistic eating plan, advise on other lifestyle changes and liaise with your medical practitioners as necessary. 

Rachel's practice focus is on:

  • Weight management

  • Nutritional support for recently diagnosed medical conditions such as diabetes, or high cholesterol
