“The Fox and Pheasant is truly a pub above others. Quite simply it is where everyone can drink and dine to a standard well beyond the norm, and all who visit are treated as if they are a local. This is a terrific boozer!!"
“The Fox & Pheasant is the most wonderful example of a traditional London gastro pub, secretly tucked away in this delightful residential corner behind the Chelsea Football Ground. The most attractive feature is the walled garden restaurant with banquet seating, jasmine clad walls and a fully retractable glass roof. Here, extremely good quality food is served by fantastic staff who ooze welcome and professionalism. One could be very tempted to hire the dining room upstairs, which could seat at least 26, for that extra special event.
The Fox & Pheasant is to be highly recommended and is testament to its extremely talented owner! Well worth a visit for the cheeky drink, a decent supper that will impress any of your discerning friends, or that special event...better pick up the phone and book because it is already one of London’s “places to be!” PS dogs are welcome which is also a great treat!"
"Last night was fantastic - thank you to everyone especially Rose for looking after us so beautifully, the chef for such utterly delicious food and Laura for patiently organising us all and arranging everything so well. Another super-happy Fox & Pheasant family event."
Katie Barkshire (Private Dining)
"The Fox & Pheasant is a rare example of subtle, country and sophistication combined. If you haven’t been, you don’t know the meaning of attentive and kind service in Chelsea. The private dining room, upstairs, is both country-comfort and elegance, transporting you to a country estate. The main dining area, in a glass-enclosed garden, allows you to feel a world away from the City. But it is the staff and the food that makes the Fox a destination worth visiting. The team has a way of making you feel welcome while understanding that service is also about letting you exhale. The food is a mix of the known – a burger or steak – and the exciting (I particularly love the surprising beds of veggies under fish)."
