We have had the most amazing stay at The Lightbowne chalet, it’s difficult to put into words just how good it was but will give it a go. From the very first second we arrived the team were welcoming and helpful. The chalet was meticulously prepared and extremely clean. But most of all the chalet team were amazing, the quality of the food was exceptional, the service and wine pairing was excellent. Iain, Lottie, Lucy, Ellie and Freya seemed to have a great working relationship and a really good energy around the chalet which just made us feel comfortable all week. Max & Harry made getting to and from the slopes a breeze even with the 5 kids and did everything they possibly could to help. We were sad to say goodbye to the team and hope to come back next year!

I didn’t want to leave it more than a day to send you all the sincerest of thanks for making our Christmas holiday one we will truly never forget. Your team in Morzine were the epitome of perfect customer service. I started to list all we have enjoyed for you, but it was simply, absolutely everything.  Since we made the booking, through to our departure yesterday, we have been so well cared for and fed. You truly have the perfect formula and TG Ski’s values are plain to see in every interaction we have had with you and your team members.

What a fantastic Christmas we had in Morzine. I think all 15 of us decided it was one of the best Christmases ever. All the staff were fantastic. Ian and Olivia are so nice and very efficient, nothing seems to be a problem. Casper was a brilliant chef and Halle the perfect chalet host and they seemed very happy in what they were doing. The drivers, Alex, Will and Isabella couldn’t have been more helpful and available whenever needed.

We can’t wait for our next TG holiday!
